I’m going to give you the top seven things we’re doing here at Masterpiece that not a lot of other programs are doing.
Hi, I’m Jeff. I built and sold a sports management company. I’ve helped hundreds of coaches all throughout the country build and grow their their sports programs to be successful.
We’ve now opened up our own Basketball program called Masterpiece located right here in Miami Florida and I’m going to give you the top seven things we’re doing that not a lot of programs are.
Number 1: Putting our Trust in God
Number one putting our trust in God. God comes first in this program and we’re going to let him guide us where he deems fit.
Number 2: We built our own Gym
Number two we built our own training facility. This has helped us become more versatile and consistent. Practice is on rain or shine, day or night. We have kids training at 5:00 a.m. 6:00 a.m. we have homeschool kids training during the day. We have our Academy kids training at night. We have our teams. We have late night sessions weekend sessions and so on.
Number 3: Coaches and Trainers
Number three is coaches and trainers. Coach Flo and I started this program. He’s one of the best coaches and trainers in the entire country. He has and is currently trained professionals, NCAA athletes from D1, D2, D3, NAIA, Juco and trains kids that are EYBL, 3SSB, and kids that have never even played before. as we grow and get more kids, every coach that comes in here is going stamped and verified by Coach Flow. At the end of the day, these parents and kids are investing their time and money, they need to see a return on that investment.
Number 4: Consistency
Number four is consistency. This goes back to Having our own facility and it allows us to be super consistent. Not changing schedules. Not changing times. Not changing locations last minute. Not canceling due to rain. In a world of development, consistency is the key.
Number 5: Culture
Number five is culture. We want kids competing against each other training against each other and challenging each other. We’re even okay with kids trash talking to each other, but the moment a kid comes into our program and is showing any kind of signs of being toxic, The moment a parent shows any kind of signs of being toxic, we address it. We confront it and remove them if needed.
Number 6: Affordability
Number six is affordability. For what you pay at another program and you get twice a week training. We’re the same price and you get 4 to 5 days a week training. Plus we do free open runs on the weekend. We do free shooting sessions. We do free clinics and more. We offer a better product at a better price.
Number 7: Media
Number seven is film and highlights . We highlight our own players with our own camera equipment. If youre paying a media company to come and film your kid, we got you beat. Our kids dont pay anything for this service. We also provide full game film for film study.
